Validate Application Accounting Definitions fails with the error 95617

Hi Experts,

Validate Application Accounting Definitions fails with the error 95617 The validation process has encountered an internal error.

Upon setting the FND Debug log profiles and checking the log messages, noticed the following:

...

p_message_name = XLA_CMP_TECHNICAL_ERROR

End

Begin

Count of Error Messages in the stack =  1

...

What does this mean?

FYI - This happens only with a custom ADR associated with a custom source. IF I remove the same, it validates normally. But I do believe that the custom code is OK.

Any thoughts / ideas?
