Oracle Spatial License Options

Hi Guys,

which options do we have for Oracle Spatial Components 11gR2 ?

what I found in documentation that this component include tow types of features (Spatial and Graph). !

do we have the option to pay for this component per used feature ?

I found that this component could be licensed per named user or per core, but this is for 12c ! does it the same for 11gr2 ?!
