How do I get a resource planning list to show in MicroSoft Projects?

I am trying to use MS Projects integration with Oracle Projects.  In QA environment, I had the resource planning list with employees showing up in MS Project so I could assign resources in MS Projects at task level and send back to Oracle Projects.  AFter a refresh, this is not working.  I ran the UPG Resource List to Resource Planning List job and it still does not show up in MS Projects.  I have checked and looked and can't find the problem.  Anyone know the different things i should look at and check to resolve this?  The resource list is
