Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear All,

Sales Order status changes to closed at the beginning of each month(All lines are shipped or Some shipped and other cancelled);

what is the request that change this status? and how to control it?
