Essbase BSO Block Lock Timeout

hi,

we have a scenario on BSO application which is created with default options including isolation level as uncommitted access.

When a user locks an area using spreadsheet add-in and he forgot to release the lock

the lock is not getting released for long hours which delays some Business Rules to run longer.

im trying to set lock timeout using the Essbase config parameter LOCKTIMEOUT but its not working for my scenario.

Please advise how to force release any idle locks on application say after 5 minutes.
