Random Application Logout in IP14

Dear team,

Greetings! We have IP2014 (patch set 6) Call Center application installed.

We have observed random application logout during various sessions, though the user has never been idle in such cases.

No warning message is being displayed during such instances.

Also, we get the communication session error when we try to login again.

Please let us know if someone has faced such issue.

Your help will be appreciated.
