Regarding Desktop Integration Siebel Agent (DISA) WebSocket Based Framework

Hi Team,

I need more information on Desktop Integration Siebel Agent (DISA) WebSocket Based Framework.

As per the SOD of IP2016, IP2016 will be using DISA instead of NPAPI. This will enable Integration with Third party Email clients using F9.

My question is, can this be enabled in IP2015 as well?

We badly need to integrate Lotus note as the email client with OpenUI and also need to overcome the below existing challenge:

update the Email - Outbound activity record in the Siebel database with user changes made on the email with the external email client. The activity will not be update to Done or will have the text edit in the email client
