Can we do a mass update of Project Task Scheduled Start and Scheduled Finish Date?

We want to do a mass update of Scheduled Start and Scheduled Finish Date of Project Tasks. Is there a standard way to do it.

Our requirement is to update the Transaction Start and Transaction Finish dates. I think we do not have any standard way of mass updating these dates. If yes, request to share this information.

If we update the scheduled start and scheduled finish dates, we can use the Automatically Update Task Transaction Dates to update the Transaction Start and Transaction Finish date.
