RX-only: Aditions by Responsibility Report has no data

We have run the Asset Aditions by Responsibility report for the month of JUN-15 and it returns 1 page of data that has been verified to be correct.  We have set the Cost Ctr parameters to include all child values. When I run the RX or RXi version of this report, for the same period, it returns "no data found".  Is this related to having an old version of the farxadb.pls, file,
120.21.12010000.11?
