Hi - could you tell me what is the accounting entry generated when an inventory item is shipped or r

Hi - We have many inter/intra company transactions monthly.  For example, our Canada operating unit orders an inventory item from US.  So US is receivable and Canada is Payables.   When the inventory item is shipped out of US side what is the accounting entry? Where can we find this accounting entry?  Is the journal entry generated from Inventory Costing/Shipping or from Order Management module? 

Also what is the accounting entry when Canada receive the item?  Where the accounting entry got generated?

We have AP, AR, GL, PO, OPM Costing, Order Management, FA and all the manufacturing modules.

Can you please advice us?  Our BA who is responsible for these area has gone and our Finance is asking us this question.  Any feedback will be really appreciated.
