Differences between EXAchk  and ORAchk?

Would any of you know of or have a listing of the differences between EXAchk  and ORAchk?   From a high level I can see they are based on the same tools with different collection.dat and rules.dat as input.  Output reports have a similar look.EXAchk includes much more specific checks of the infrastructure.  ORAchk is for non engineered systems with added checks for E- Business and Siebel checks. Are the core DB and ASM checks the same?
