How to make EM realise a bundle patch has been installed?

OEM12c R5 recommended me to install the following patch:

Patch 21169810: ORACLE IDENTITY MANAGEMENT SUITE BUNDLE PATCH 11.1.2.3.1

So I went ahead and successfully installed it. However, since it is a bundle patch, ie. it contains several other patches which need to be applied, its patch id never ends up in lsinventory, only those included/bundled patches are listed there. So how do I make oem realise that those patches have been applied and stop recommending the bundle patch?
