How to clear the balance in an account

Hello All,

I  have an issue where an account that is supposed to have a $0 balance in both USD and EUR (permanently) because the bank account was closed, has a $0 balance in USD but a $51 balance in EUR.  Is there a way to clear out the $51 without messing up the USD?
