Slow performance while loading the jobs through application side.

Hi Team,

   Application users are complaint, there is a poor performance when they load the application jobs. The jobs hitting the database via sql statements. Could you please help us to identify the sql's which hits badly in DB level and share the details how to trouble shoot the issue.
