FA Conversion using OAT issue

Hi Team, wanted to check if anyone has faced this issue earlier:

Scenario:

We are doing FA Conversion for Assets using OAT process.:

- Convert Onhand Items into Inventory

- Through Standard functionality IB Instances get created

- Using OAT Program --> Interface records to FA mass additions.

Issue:

- For Lot controlled Items, OAT/FA creates only 1 Asset. So, even if we have 1 Item Instance(with 100 qty), or 100 Item instances(all lot controlled for the same Item) --? There will be only 1 Asset in FA.

Main problem is for the 1st scenario, where we have only 1 IB Instance for the same Item(with qty 100). Here, as per OAT, there is only 1 Asset interfaced in FA. But, for FA Conversion, these are 100 different Assets, having different Date in Service/different Cost/Different depreciation etc.. So, we cannot have just one Asset consolidated for all these separate 100 Asset Items(all lot controlled).

Howdy, Stranger!
