Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC)

Listener not starting on new 11g install on RHEL 6

I have Sun x4170 with RHEL 6.6 installed.  I recently installed Oracle 11.2.0.4 EE on it.  The Database installed ok, and I am able to connect to it via sqlplus.

The problem is when I try to start the listener I get the following error:

[oracle@oraclex4170 ~]$ lsnrctl start
