How do you put header and trailer lines into an etext template?

We’re trying to create a positive pay file for Wells Fargo in the format described here: http://help.getebs.com/payrolloptimization/help/Sample_Wells_Fargo_ARP_File.htm We can produce the detail records but can’t seem to do headers and footers. Are there any template examples that would point us in the right direction?


<MiniRant> We cannot be the first people to try to send a positive pay file from Oracle to Wells Fargo. Why is there not a library of templates that produce files in the proper format for great big banks? None of us really enjoys reinventing wheels, do we? </MiniRant>
