Loading exported measures back to domain in RPAS MFP

Good afternoon,

    I have a question in RPAS MFP. We had an issue last week where 2 departments were not present in the MFP application. When we checked, we found that those 2 departments were not included in the product hierarchy file for a year. Based on the purge age been set for these hierarchies, the entire position including the histories and forecasts are purged from the domain based on the purge age set  (365 days). So we requested client to send the history loads for those 2 departments from their legacy system. We loaded those histories to the domain.

    Now client wants the forecast and plans for those 2 departments to be loaded to the domain.  We took the latest backup that had those 2 departments forecast and plans. Is there an easier way to convert basically the export measure file similar to imports (loading measures file). To brief exports has some measure metrics (eg sales financial plan, sales weekly, sales monthly, sales qrtly etc.. and similarly for other metrics like margin, inventory, on order, receipt, markdowns etc..)  Total there are about 82 exported metrics with thousands of measure.
