UK PAY: Oracle HCM Payroll must allow zero payments in Payment calculation

Hello,

We need to configure our R12 - Oracle payroll, in such a way that will allow '0' payments for payment calculation. In addition, '0' payments will be included on exception report.

Can anyone guide me on the same related to its Setup in EBS  R12 (ver 12.1.3)
