TFA can't see other RAC nodes

Hi

I've upgrade TFA (GI 12.1.0.2) to the most recent version (12.1.2.5.). I was not allowed to establish ssh equivalency for the root, so I upgraded as 'local'. Right after the upgrade, node1 could 'see' node2 in 'tfactl print status', but not since then.  'tfactl print hosts' returned both nodes (db1 and db2), however 'status' on each node reported only 'local' node.

I tried to remove each other node - can't add them back:

[root@db1 ~]# tfactl host remove db2

Successfully removed host : db2

List of hosts in TFA :

Host Name : db1

[root@db1.stag ~]# tfactl host add db2

Unable to determine port on which TFA is listening in db2
