How to add locator with different subinventory staus?

Dear All,

In Inventory, we need to add locator to sub inventory but with different status;

Inventory==>Setup==>Organizations==>Subinventories window.

Business Need:

We need to move items in subinventory to a place were we allowed transactions are limited, Example: Some items in the subinvetory are damaged all others are fine and we can use them in manufacturing. So we created 2 lot status, one all transactions are allowed and this will be assigned to locator for all good items and another status we can perform only miscellaneous issue for the damaged items of the same subinventory.

But when crating 2 locators for that subinveotry; the status list of values list only the subinveotry status.
