transactions are showing as Pending in Transaction Status Summary

RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE shows LC_INTERFACED and PENDING

below Program also ran

"Landed cost Integration Manager (RCVLCMWS)" process from Purchasing SuperUser.

rocess the records in RCV_Transactions_Interface, run "Shipments Interface Import (INLOIP)"  from the Landed Cost Management, responsibility, to launch RVCTP.
