RDF Build error - runtime error R6016 - not enough space for thread data

Hi,

When I am trying to build a RDF GA domain I got the below error:

"runtime error R6016

- not enough space for thread data

FAILURE : SHELL Failure: regmeasattr -d /planning/rdf/domain/RDF_GA -addpos CLVL -posname CLVL05 -poslabel '05 area-str Final' "

I have all environment variables(RPAS_HOME/RIDE_HOME/JAVA_HOME/PATH) set correctly and permissions gives across files/folders.

you help is much appreciated!
