Return Notification to requestor in iProcurement

hi,

I have a scenario, where the iProcurement requisition was raised and approved. When the Buyer sees and returns the procurement, there is no notification generated to Requestor.

I feel this is a basic requirement, but not finding it in Oracle.

Can someone suggest if there is any standard solution for this?
