UCM Vanilla Publish realtime flow

Hi Folks ,

Can anyone help me to describe , how siebel  vanilla UCM publish works in real time . Suppose we have two system , System A is UCM and System B is Public Sector. If i create one contact , how that contact data will be published in Siebel Public sector application  in real time publish.
