need information for Hardware sizing before installations oracle applications R12.1

Hi Team,

I need to install oracle applications R12.1 on RHEL 5. (64 bit). This will be fresh installation and implementations. Currently there are only 50 concurrent users will be accessible for oracle applications.

So , I need hardware information details in terms of following to have smooth performance.

  • -RAM
  • -CPU details
  • -Filesystem
  • -Swap
  • how many mount points required during installations of LINUX (including / , /tmp / var .. etc )
  • All SGA parameters for Database.

Also provide me to steps to upgrade oracle applications R12.1. to R12.1.3 ( After fresh installations)
