Regarding wsh_deliveries_ pub.delivery_action

Hi All,

I am new to the Order Management.

I am working on the order shipment inbound interface. For this i am using the wsh_deliveries_ pub.delivery_action API and the action code for this API is 'PICK RELEASE'.

The mandatory column for this api is delivery id.

My question is  in what stage of O2C cycle, delivery id will be created and that delivery i can be passed for the above api for the 'PICK RELEASE'.

Please help me on this
