Warehouse field - Blank

Hello Team,

Would like to confirm the process of Warehouse selection under the logistics line. I have an issue here where SHIPPED line warehouse is coming as BLANK. However after receiving the RETURN line the warehouse populated automatically. Please advice what is the actual process of warehouse selection. I checked an item (against which RO got created) and found the "Default shipping org" is correctly defined. please confirm is this the area where system validates that what value should auto populate under the warehouse field for BOTH SHIP and RETURN line.

I have attached the screen shots to make you better understand about the issue. Kindly advice on the issue further.
