What is the latest version of JDK 7 that can be used with E-Business Suite 12.1?

An SR analyst has pointed me to this forum to answer the following question:

I see that the latest version of JDK that's been released is 'Oracle JDK 7 Update 85' but there seems to be two versions 'Update 85' and 'Update 85 b31', what is the difference between the two versions and are they both certified with E-Business 12.1?
