GRE setup for the ACA patch phase 1

Hello,

We have applied the patch to a test instance.  I have a question about the GRE/Legal Entity setup.  We have 8 GRE/Legal Entities set up.  For W-2s, we only use 3 of these entities for reporting purposes.  We would like only 3 for the ACA reporting.  I know on the assignment screen you can assign a GRE to an employee.  Will this same GRE drive the ACA reporting?
