Unable to access oracle enterprise manager 12c em console. Installed 12.1.0.4 successfully but not a

Installed oracle enterprise manager 12c (12.1.0.4) in Red Hat Linux clustered environment. Used the virtual host name when installing. Installed database (for repository) successfully, and installed oracle enterprise manager 12c successfully.

Tried the URLs with both https as well as http (after unlocking oms) with appropriate port numbers. Still getting "This page can't be displayed".

Here is the output for "emctl status oms -details"

$ ./emctl status oms -details
