Hyperion release 11.1.2.4 upgrade questions

Dear Hyperion Guru,

We are currently on Hyperion planning release 11.1.2.2.302 running our 3 window servers and 2 Linux RedHat(DB & Essbase) environment. We also have Hyperion Workforce and CapEx application.

We are planning to upgrade to next release of Hyperion planning before end of this year. Here is my questions:

  1- Should we migrate to Hyperion release 11.1.2.4 or 11.1.2.3.700?

  2- Are there any known bug issues with release 11.1.2.4 release?

  3- Are there ant new architecture or system changes in 11.1.2.4 that may have impacts to our Hyperion Planning end users?

  4- Has anybody successfully migrated from release 11.1.2.2.x to release 11.1.2.4?

  5- Any lesson learned on this 11.1.2.4 upgrade??
