Database Discovery in OEM 11g Grid control

Currently we have OEM 11g Grid control setup for our Oracle Database Appliance (ODA) X3-2 version 2.4. We have 2-node RAC being monitored on OEM 11g Grid. We have created new database on the same server of ODA. But I am not able to see the new database in OEM.

First of all the databases should be automatically discovered..correct? If not, how do I discover nee databases when add to the ODA box.

Please advise...
