JAS sign in error

Hi

We are not able to login into Local Web Development Client, we are getting JAS sign in Error.

Getting below error message in JAS logs

3:47:42,433 [WARN  ]  - [JAS]             SecurityServer already exists, no override allowed

23 Jul 2015 23:47:42,654 [SEVERE]  - [JAS]             Exception occured in the JDESignon.jdeSignon() :BuildUserSession Failed. com.jdedwards.database.base.JDBException: [DATA_SOURCE_NOT_FOUND] Data source for F00921, TBLE not found. ([CONNECTION_MANAGER_BOOT_ERROR] Connection Manager could not be initialized. )
