Mandatory Memo Lines in description field (Lines Window)

Hi Guys -

We have the next requirement, in the Description Field on Lines Window Transaction we need only enter the valid values from LOV description field (memo lines), this is necessary to use the autoaccounting functionality, not values manually entered. Are there any form to restrict the manually characters entries in description field and make the memo lines values selection be mandatory?
