RPAS Patch Release Strategy and Upgrade Policies (clarification needed)

Hi,


could you please help clarifying how to interpret the following statement from Doc ID 1531745.1 (Updated RPAS and RPAS Application Patch Release Strategy):

When the subsequent enterprise release comes out (which will be approximately 6 months after the terminal patch), customers will be requested to upgrade.


One of my client would like to upgrade the RPAS server from current version 13.3.2 starting in September 2015 and I've been asked to recommend a target version for this upgrade.


RPAS 14.0.3 has been released in June and I believe this is the terminal patch for codeline 14.0? Please confirm since Doc ID 1531745.1 is not up to date.
