JDE E1 Job Costing: In which table/field is Original Budget stored for a job?

A quick Q on Job Costing. Could you please suggest:

1. In which table/field is Original Budget stored for a job? Say the scenario is that a new job has been added and a job chart/budget values are being imported via a spreadsheet.

2. Which field would store revised budget numbers and what are the ways to enter a revised budget.
