Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Shipping Execution - EBS (MOSC)

Unable to schedule Shipping Execution prgs in Custom Request Set

We are Unable to schedule Shipping Execution prgs in Custom Request Set ; the Request set completes with warning

And the log file shows message as

"AFPSRS cannot resubmit your concurrent request 111352842. Cannot submit concurrent request for program MSIONT

Check if the concurrent program is registered with Application Object Library."

If we submit the prg manually, it is completing normal; but when trying to schedule, its not happening

Any suggestions pls...
