In 8.3.5 web there is an issue with price/unit calculations. Does the fix in 8.3 Patch Set 6 correct

A customer I am working with submitted an SR for an issue with resource assignments remaining cost not being calculated for in progress activities. I think it can happen for resources that start on a WBS Summary activity before the start date of the activity. There is an enhancement request on bug 19112774, but there is also a mention of bug 18201927 that seems to be doing something similar, but it is included in the above mentioned patch set. Just looking for some clarification. Thanks, Bob
