Hi

We need clarification for below questions

Question1: For what business requirement we define Sponsor F&A Rates?

Question2: How Sponsor F&A Rates are used in Grants and which Grants process uses this functionality? Again would appreciate if a replication doc can help explain the end to end processing steps.
