Need List of PIM Business Rule Functions

Can anyone direct me to here I can find a list of business rules function (i.e., assignedTo)?  In particulate I am looking for a function to retrieve which users is logged in similar to SYS_CONTEXT ('USERENV', 'SESSION_USER').
