Delayed Offer

Does anyone know of away to provide "Delayed Offer" on a 3820 SBC (SCZ720m3p1)? I see delayed media option, but not a "Delayed Offer". The issue we are facing is an integration between Microsoft Lync and CUCM via a 3820 SBC. When calling from Lync to Cisco, we would like the SBC to provide delayed offer so the CUCM provides its SDP offer first eventhough Lync is using Early Offer (sending its SDP in the initial invite). I tried looking at the Session-agent, SIP-Interfaces, Realm-configs, but I do not see anyway to delay the initial SDP offer... Can someone please
