Concurrent Request is not able to schedule. But can able to submit the program and its completing no

HI All,

I have created an request set with concurrent program of "Pick Selection Generation - SRS" program with five stages. Each stage with different parameter. ie..(with 5 different Release rule).

Then i have added the that request set to required request group. Now i'm able to submit a program through the respective responsibility. But when i try to schedule a program, I have scheduled to run at every one hour and submitted the program. the firs run of the program is completing normal but subsequent schedule is not happening also i'm getting below warning messages in parent request.

This request finished with a warning and produced the following completion message: AFPSRS cannot resubmit your concurrent request 120693797. Cannot submit concurrent request for program MSIONT
