Unable to Find Asset Book Created

Hello Gurus,

I have created new Asset Book, setup FA Security Profile and then associate it to Fixed Asset Responsibility level. But when I query back the Asset Book, the record could not be retrieved.

If I enter the same Asset Book name, I get this error >>> APP-OFA-48170: This record already exists. Please query to review it.

Did I miss any setup? Please help. Thank you so much.
