upgrade to EBS 12.1.3 and move to Linux 7 64 bit at the same time? What is the best way to do it?

HI :  we are planning upgrade from EBS 11.5.10.2 in LInux 5 32 bit and DB 10.2.0.5 in Linux 5  64 bit server to EBS 12.1.3 in Linux 7 64 bit and DB 12c in Linux 7 64 bit.  The upgrade will be done by DBA ( upgrade database first ) then apps admin ( upgrade EBS ).

I am act as apps admin.  When DBA finish upgrade his upgrade part, the database will be 12c in Linux 7 64 bit.  Now, it is my turn to upgrade to EBS.  What is the best approach to Upgrade EBS and move server at the same time?  Any concern to move from 32 bit linux server to 64 bit for EBS?

any suggestion is welcome!
