Price change in worksheet status

Dear Support,

We have performed Bulk upload price changes and all got failed and the status in worksheet in rpm_price_change table.. (Version 12.0.10)

Error:

com.retek.platform.exception.RetekUnknownSystemException: @0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS.PK_RPM_PC_TICKET_REQUEST) violated@2RPM_CC_PUBLISH.STAGE_PC_MESSAGES

    exception id: 1437749161494.

Kindly advise.
