User Signoff Duration Report not working for PSRs and QCRs

Hi,

I tried running the User Signoff Duration Report for PSRs and QCRs and received "WARNING: There is no data to display." It does work for Changes. Trying to determine whether it's bug related or if the report only applies to Changes but not PSRs and QCRs.
