Hello Folks , I want to apply the latest patches to my solaris 10 sparc ?

I am downloading from MOS , I see two patch sets, Recommended patch set and CPU patch set  , interesting thing is both are updated 17 days ago , Which one should i download ? Recommendation will be appreciated.
