Sales Order creation from Repair order failed.

Hi,

After creating a depot repair service request, the service request converted to repair order successfully, however, when try to convert the repair order to Sales Order, the system prompted: "Error: Ship to/Bill To Address is invalid. Please review the Address Setup".

We know this is definitely something wrong in the address entered in service request entry.

What happen now is, the ship-to address, initially it was assigned to OU A only, before this service request created, the exactly same ship-to address had been extended to OU B in customer master with exactly same site number 83888 but with different location number in OU B. Now same ship-to address with same site number 83888 is existing in both OU A & B and with location number A1 & B1 respectively.
