How to avoid to create miscellanous transaction after the COA segment disabled?

I find the user can create miscellanous transaction after the COA segment disabled, so at GL module, the journal will be error with Error33 - Unable to retrieve accounts from chart of accounts mapping.

do you have any solution to avoid it?
